- The main menu includes clear sections: Home (listing providers by service categories), Requests (managing active inquiries), Appointments (viewing confirmed bookings), and Account (personal settings).
- Account creation is simple via email, password, or Facebook, with phone number validation through SMS and GDPR consent collection.
- On the homepage, users can filter providers by categories and subcategories, access provider profiles, and submit requests. Profiles display services, prices, portfolios, reviews, and can be added to favorites.
- When placing a request, customers can add details, select preferred time slots, upload photos, and save addresses through Google Maps integration. Requests can be flagged as urgent, with push notifications for both parties, while appointments benefit from automatic reminders.
- The Requests & Appointments area includes both active requests and historical ones, with complete details.
- The Info Jersey section adds extra value by listing local institutions with contact details, documents, and the option to follow them for notifications.
- In the My Account section, users can manage personal details, saved addresses, favorite providers, FAQs, GDPR policies, and terms of use.

- During registration, they can choose between individual or business accounts, completing company details, portfolio, logo, and special options such as “Out of Hours” or “Urgent Request.”

- Monetization is ensured through a single subscription plan (monthly or yearly), paid via Fondy, with invoices available directly in the app.
