For Insured Users – Self-Assessment Module
- Guided Damage Reporting Flow
- Step 1: Entering the damage claim details.
- Step 2: Uploading photos and relevant documents.
- Step 3: Selecting damaged rooms.
- Step 4 (optional): Declaring affected annexes (e.g. garage, shed).
- Step 5 (optional – for additional coverage policies): Listing damaged household items.
- Step 6: Reviewing and submitting the self-assessment summary.
Notifications and Confirmations
Once submitted, users receive confirmation inside the app and via email and SMS.
Summary and Edit Option
Users can return to any step to complete or correct data, with the ability to "Save" or "Cancel".
Validation and Partial Completion
If any required step is missing, the "Finish" button is disabled and a visual alert appears: "Please complete all required information".
Conflict Management
If a case is already being processed by another user, an informative screen is shown instructing the user to contact the insurer.
